Beginning January 1, 2021, California controlled substances prescription forms that will remain valid and acceptable by pharmacies will only be those possessing a 12 character serial number and corresponding barcode compliant with the requirements introduced in Assembly Bill 149.
Our security prescription pads follow all state guidelines to ensure we are compliant.

How to order your pads
Method 1: Call us

Get a head start on your own and download our order form (link below), follow the instructions to complete the form, then email it back to us at ptp@paratwinpalms.net .

When submitting your order form, be sure to attach a copy of each prescribing doctor’s current DEA Registration and CA License
